Community Connections:
Community Shores Bank strives to improve the quality of life in the communities in which we do business. The Bank is dedicated to serving our communities through exceptional service from our staff; through strong product offerings; through volunteer commitments from our employees; and through donations to community organizations that meet and reflect our philanthropic philosophy.

Community Shores Bank established a Community Connections committee to administer and evaluate requests for corporate contributions. Our efforts in this regard are generally limited to organizations that are headquartered within (or having a substantial presence in or effect on) our primary market areas. In order to assist organizations to make a real difference to the community and people served, Community Shores focuses its support on a limited number of critical community needs and in particular those which address:

Economic and social programs
Healthcare, housing and human services
Programs that positively affect the youth in our community
Cultural arts organizations
Programs targeting diversity and womens initiatives
Religious organizations

In order to process requests quickly we ask that all donation requests be provided to us no later than 8 weeks before the event, using our Community Connections application.
